Family Confirms Dick Cheney’s Cause of Death: Shocking Details Revealed | PRIMENEWSNOW

Dick Cheney, Former Vice President, has passed away due to complications from pneumonia and heart-related issues, as confirmed by his family on Tuesday, November 4.

Cheney, who served alongside President George W. Bush, died on Monday evening at the age of 84. He had a long history of heart ailments.

“Dick Cheney was a remarkable individual who instilled in his family a deep love for our nation and values of courage, honor, and kindness. We are immensely thankful for his contributions to our country and cherish the love we shared with this extraordinary man,” the family stated.

Cheney’s Battle with Heart Disease

Throughout his life, Cheney experienced five heart attacks, the first occurring at 37 during his initial congressional campaign. He suffered two more while serving in Congress, with a fourth attack following the 2000 presidential election amid a contentious result.

As Vice President, Cheney had a cardiac defibrillator implanted. After leaving office, he endured a fifth heart attack in February 2010. By July, he received a device to assist with blood circulation due to worsening heart failure. In March 2012, he underwent a heart transplant.

Cheney once disclosed that he disabled the wireless feature of his defibrillator to prevent potential remote attacks, as reported by the Associated Press.
